Describe your business, where work slows down, and what a better outcome would look like.
Your AI General Manager
Stella is your AI General Manager. Eight AI specialists answer your calls and messages, book appointments and follow up, while Stella decides who does what and hands anything sensitive to your people. You see all of it in one place.
Enquiry trends, booking activity and human handoffs in one view. Every number reconciles across every view, and opening a record shows what was actually decided.

Your channels, systems, permissions and reporting depth are configured around the way your business already runs.
You do not hire them one by one. Stella decides which ones a piece of work needs, in what order, and when it belongs to a person instead. Choose a role to see what it owns.

All eight come with every deployment. Capacity scales with you, not the headcount.
Start with the workflows creating the most pressure. Configure the first connected journey, then expand with a clear view of what is working.
Describe your business, where work slows down, and what a better outcome would look like.
Review channels, volume, systems, repetitive tasks, and the points where context or capacity is lost.
Map the relevant specialists to the workflow, with the business reason for each one.
Configure supported integrations, knowledge, approved actions, and the boundaries that keep people in control.
Keep actions and context moving between specialists, and see where more capacity is worth adding.
Some work follows a rule. Some work needs a person who knows your business. You decide where the line between them sits.

Stella and the specialists
No. A chatbot answers a message. Stella is the manager layer above the specialists: she reads what is slowing the business down, decides which specialists a piece of work needs, in what order, and where a person has to take over. The conversation is how you brief her, not the product itself.
No. All eight specialists come with every deployment. Stella recommends which ones to activate and configure first, based on your volume, channels, languages, systems and reporting needs. You are not buying them one at a time.
Only what you configure her to decide. Routing, approved answers, booking rules and escalation thresholds are set during scoping. Anything outside those rules becomes a handoff to a named person with the full conversation attached.
No. All eight specialists come with every deployment. Pricing is driven by volume, voice, languages, complexity, integrations and reporting rather than by how many roles you switch on.
You can start with one workflow, which usually draws on three or four specialists in sequence. Starting with a single role in isolation tends to move the bottleneck rather than remove it.
There is no per-message price. Capacity is part of the plan, and the operating level is recommended based on your actual volume during scoping.
No. The workspace shows a worked example of a clinic day so you can see how the views fit together. The totals and the records are consistent with one another, but they belong to that example, not to a HireStella customer. Your own workspace shows your own activity.
The structure will be familiar, but the views, metrics and records are scoped to your configuration and plan. Reporting depth differs between Starter, Pro and Enterprise.
Bring the workflow costing you the most time and we will map it with you before anything is configured.
