Tell Stella what is slowing
your business down.
Stella, your AI General Manager, runs eight AI specialists that answer your calls and messages, book appointments and follow up. Anything sensitive goes to your team.
Your ambition is not the problem. Your team’s bandwidth is.
Calls come in. Messages pile up. Follow-ups slip. The work is not stopping. It is waiting for someone who already has too much to do.
The call you could not take.
A customer needs an answer while your team is already with someone else.
The enquiry still waiting.
Another channel, another conversation, and no shared context between them.
The follow-up that slipped.
A good opportunity disappears quietly between the next steps.
Understand it first.
Then run it every day.
Stella understands how work moves through your business, brings the right specialists together, and keeps the handoffs connected.

Eight specialists.
One shared direction.
You do not hire them one by one. Stella decides which ones a piece of work needs, in what order, and when it belongs to a person instead. Select any role to follow its route.

Is this a chatbot?
No. A chatbot answers a question and stops. Stella coordinates a piece of work from the first contact to a booked outcome across the channels and systems you connect, and hands it to a person at the point you decide. The conversation is the smallest part of it.
Does it replace my team?
It is configured around the work your team does not have time for: the call that arrives while they are with someone, the enquiry at ten at night, the follow-up nobody owns. The goal is more output per person, not fewer people, and the boundary between the two is something you set and can see.
What does it connect to?
The channels and systems supported for your deployment, agreed during discovery and configured rather than assumed. Where a system is not connected, the workforce captures the request and routes it to a person instead of guessing.
How long before it is doing anything useful?
It starts with one workflow, not your whole operation. Discovery establishes where capacity is being lost, the first connected journey is configured around that, and it expands from what is working. Scope and timing are confirmed in the scoping conversation.
Is there anything for sales teams?
Yes. Stella Sales Coach is a separate product for sales teams: AI role-play where sellers practise real customer conversations and objections, get feedback, and improve before the next live call.
You already know the problem.
